It’s always challenging but fun working with youth brands. Citra Hand & Body Lotion is an extremely successful brand in Indonesia, and we were tasked to find ways to connect better with urban, Internet savvy teenage girls there.

When we came on-board, 3 TVCs were already in the works. Through open and non-territorial collaboration with Lowe Bangkok, we were able to re-work the TVCs and digital ideas resulting in a campaign that worked beautifully hand-in-hand as a truly integrated campaign instead of two channel silos merely synergizing in terms of messaging. The result was a richer, more immersive and seamless brand experience that started on TV, took people into the Web, into social networks, and back into TV.
