Recently we hit our STRETCH KPIs for our So Soft So Johnson’s Fan Page

on Facebook. We now have over 10,000 fans yeah! It has been a bit nail biting for my team and I as we were monitoring the numbers closely over our BBs everyday waiting for the fan base to reach 10,000. Admittedly we were not under any pressure from the client as the initial KPIs had been achieved a little over 2 weeks into the campaign (yes we were over-the-moon, it was quite a pleasant surprise the way consumers took to it). But we had set our sights on beating our Thailand counterparts which had slightly below 10K fans at that time. So we set new stretch targets for ourselves (yes sometimes we are a bit over enthusiastic :p). The launch event at KLCC was a really fantastic affair and we maximised the event on FB so this helped us achieved our 10% interaction rate on the site (another KPI met!). Looking forward to keeping our fans engaged for the rest of the year :)
