Arachnid began life in 1996 as an Interactive Agency. 16 years later, we have evolved into a media-neutral, New Marketing agency, with Interactive at our core. Today, our services take us around the world despite being located only in Kuala Lumpur (for now).

Everything we do, in every touchpoint, has and always will be anchored on achieving marketing results for our clients in the most creatively relevant manner. Our work goes beyond pushing brand messaging to pulling audience participation because getting people involved resonates stronger than talking at them.

We believe that the key to unlocking participation is value creation rather than the age-old, and increasingly skippable notion of disruption. Ideas can create value by providing branded utility, delightful discovery, through participatory entertainment, or by empowering people for a better life, community or social standing.
